If you live in Los Angeles, or you've been to Los Angeles, or you've read about Los Angeles, then you know a party is not a hard thing to find. Every store, club, restaurant, and promoter is throwing a party for some reason or another; the ubiquitous birthday party, alcohol launch, charity, store opening, and the list goes on.
